Adam Grant’s excellent book, Give and Take Ebook, A New Strategy to Success, examines the importance of giving and taking in interpersonal and professional interactions. It is a very enlightening book that challenges our preconceived notions of success and offers a variety of evidence-based insights and helpful advice to help us become better givers.

The three major divisions of the book are “The Ripple Effect,” “The Anatomy of Givers and Takers,” and “The Styles of Interaction.” Grant explains how givers, takers, and matchers behave in various contexts and the effects that their actions have on both their own success and the success of others in each of these areas using a blend of studies, stories, and personal experiences.
